Returns:
At Boho 72 we are committed to customer satisfaction, so if you are unhappy with your order please contact us on our Facebook Page Private Messenger, or email us at boho72boutique@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to make it better.
Orders under $150.00 (before tax) are a flat rate shipping of $5.99 domestically.
Orders over $150.00 (before tax) are free shipping domestically.
We do not offer express shipping through the website. If you need your order shipped faster than the normal shipping, please contact us through our Facebook Page Private Messenger or email.
We ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
We ship through the USPS. All orders are shipped with tracking which is e-mailed to the e-mail you provide at checkout. You can track your packages at www.usps.com
RETURN POLICY:
Time Frame:
Items must be received back to our store no later than 10 days from the date you received your order. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time. Please use a tracking service when shipping back a return.
If your item is returned to us after the 10 days, it will be rejected and no refund issued. If your item does not meet our return requirements, we will notify you of your options to pay to have it shipped back to you. Unpaid return rejections will be donated to charity after 14 days and will be considered a forfeit of items.
Items must be returned in their original condition. They must not be altered in any way and must be in resalable condition. This includes, but is not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying on items, snags to clothing from your jewelry (wedding rings, necklaces, etc.), perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette/tobacco smoke, obvious wear, mildew scent, etc.
Clean, unworn, and unused merchandise that has NOT been monogrammed or personalized can be returned hassle free within 10 days of receipt. Items must still have original tags attached. If shoes were purchased they must be returned in the original box they came in. That box must be put into a larger bag for returns. Please don't attach shipping labels to the boxes-this will make your return ineligible because we will be unable to sell them. All items that arrive in packaging whether it be boxes or bags must also be returned with that packaging.
Shipping charges are non-refundable on most orders. Some exceptions do apply and are refunded at our discretion.
If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition, your return will be rejected and we reserve the right to send the items back and the customer will cover the shipping cost.
FINAL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED:
Items that are on SALE.
Monogrammed or personalized items.
Handmade items (pillows, coasters, jewelry, hats, etc.)
Accessories including but not limited to:
Jewelry
Scarves
Belts
Socks
Leggings
Hair Accessories
Undergarments (bandeaus, bralettes, camis, etc).
Gift Cards are FINAL SALE. Once purchased, you will get a code. Please treat this code like cash as we are unable to retrieve lost numbers or issue replacement codes.
Clearance items are Final Sale as is any SALE item that has been marked 30% off or more from original retail value. This includes items purchased with discount codes and special offers. Please do not send back clearance or sale items as your return will be rejected.
Defective Items:
We will pay for return shipping on order errors due to our mistake or defects. If you believe your item has a manufacturer defect please promptly submit pictures of the defect within two days of the delivery confirmation date otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions. Private Message our Facebook page, or email boho72boutique@gmail.com.
Once we receive and inspect the item we will exchange it for another of the same with our sincerest apologies. All original tags must be attached or the return will be rejected as well as any reports of defects after the 48 hour time frame. If you notice an item is defective after the 2 day period we can not accept the return. Items can not be submitted as defective after wear, or once tags have been removed.
Incorrect or Missing Items:
If you received your order and there is an item missing OR you received the incorrect item, you must inform us within 2 days of receiving your order - Again via our Facebook Page Private Messenger or email at boho72boutique@gmail.com.
Excessive Return Policy:
If you return more than three (3) items in a calendar month, a 15% restocking/handling/shipping fee will be deducted from the return. We are always available to help you decide which size you need before ordering and are glad to offer our input and guidance. Please contact us by calling 614-398-9587 during business hours, on our Facebook Page Private Messenger, or email us at boho72boutique@gmail.com for sizing help.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. If Boho 72 has to pay additional postage due, it will be deducted from refund along with a $5 inconvenience fee for post office travel. Once merchandise is received and inspected, a refund will be given in the original form of payment. Original shipping costs will not be refunded including when paid by Boho 72. Please use a tracking service when shipping back a return as Boho 72 will not be responsible for lost return shipments.
Refund Type:
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 7 days for a refund credit to appear back to you.
Returns sent in that do NOT meet the above criteria will be rejected and subject to being shipped back to you at your cost. Again, please use a tracking service when shipping back a return as Boho 72 will not be responsible for lost return shipments.
